Adriana Mendoza DalSoglio, MBA is the Vice President & General Manager of Lifecycle Services at HP Inc. She leads strategy, portfolio, and P&L for a multi-billion-dollar business. Since 2015, she has held global positions in Print Services, PC Services, and HP Solutions. Committed to inclusion in tech and mentorship, Adriana serves as the Executive Sponsor of the WeBelong Business Resource Group and is an HP Boise Site Council member. She has participated in a wide variety of leadership programs including Stanford’s Building Innovative Leaders and Leadership Boise. In 2024, she won the Idaho Business Review Accomplished Under 40 Award.

Adriana is passionate about access to education and serves on the Eastern Oregon University Foundation Board, following nearly ten years on the Alumni Board. Her proudest achievement is being a mother to three sons.
