Dr. JC Bonilla is Chief Operating Officer and Head of AI at Element451, the AI-powered CRM platform serving 350+ higher education institutions. He leads post-sale operations end-to-end — onboarding, platform enablement, solutions architecture, and professional services — while driving the AI strategy that shapes how the company builds and deploys intelligent products.

With 20+ years in data and AI, JC has held senior executive roles including Global Chief Analytics Officer at VaynerX and leadership positions at DataKind. He is a faculty member in Applied Data Science at New York University, where he earned his Ph.D. in Information Systems and degrees in Electrical Engineering.
