Korinna Guillinta is an Engine Systems Engineer at HP Inc., where she develops enterprise A4 LaserJet printer products in the Print R&D organization. Her role is focused on feature design, technical specifications, systems integration, product delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration across teams to create the best printer experience for customers.

Born and raised in South Central Los Angeles in California, Korinna’s upbringing in separate households shaped her resilience and drive to create a better future. She is a first-generation college graduate and received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boise State University. Both of her parents immigrated to the US at a young age, her father from Peru and her mother from Guatemala.

Korinna lives in Nampa, Idaho with her husband and two sons. She is passionate about showing how STEM careers can unlock opportunity and meaningful impact, inspiring others to see their background as a strength—not a barrier. When she is not working, she loves to spend time with her family, travel to visit extended family, attend music festivals, and glamp in the great outdoors.
