Laura Godina-Maqueda is the Human Resources Manager at Boise Cascade in Boise, Idaho. In her role, she helps find and hire talented employees, creates hiring strategies, and organizes training programs. Laura also partners with company leaders on important areas like performance management, employee compensation, and planning for future leadership. She has worked at Boise Cascade for over 12 years.

Laura graduated from Wilder High School in 2008. She received a softball scholarship to Treasure Valley Community College (TVCC), where she completed her Associate of Arts degree in 2010. She then went on to Eastern Oregon University, graduating in 2013. While working at Boise Cascade, Laura continued her education and earned her MBA in 2016.
